I didn't know that you were here

This is my first visit. Going through a rough patch, I know now that I will get through it - but sometimes its hard. Read a helpful book from the library which recommended your site. Could do with some one to talk to some of the time other times just want to be alone. How do I find a local group? Thanks Sharon

But knowing that you are all out there helps. I have read Sue Atkinsons book and it helped a lot. I realised that I had been making strategies to help cope for myself by having happy memories around me in the form of pictures, objects from days out, as my hushand says "stuff". I do need my stuff.
